Planning
This will require the following preparation task:
- Paper authors
Each submit 1 slide or 1 page answering:
- Submission track of the conference, deadline
- Contribution in one sentence
- Current bottleneck
- 2 specific questions for the group
- Non-presenting students (assign roles in advance)
- Each non-presenter is a primary discussant for one paper
- Their job is to 1) Read the paper summary and 2) Prepare 1-2 comments/questions
This session should help you improve the authors’ conference submissions.
The authors should send in advance the 1 slide or 1 page by Wednesday 21st at noon so that the non-presenting students have time to look at the presentations.
